I rang Rick in April and asked him to put my condo on the market and he agreed like a shot. We hadn’t met since I bought the condo in 2004 but it was great that he remembered me and I immediately felt he was there for me, not just for a possible sale. He advised me when to put the property on the market, what price, and to save me a long journey, organized cleaners to go in and make the place spotless and ready for viewing.
