From the first time I met him, I found Rick Gibson an easy person to relate to and talk with. Following an initial viewing of the house, it soon became evident that from a real estate perspective he would offer an objective, realistic opinion of my current house value – quickly identifying both the positive and negative aspects, given the current market and his appreciation of what the average buyer was seeking.
