From the first time I met him, I found Rick Gibson an easy person to relate to and talk with. Following an initial viewing of the house, it soon became evident that from a real estate perspective he would offer an objective, realistic opinion of my current house value – quickly identifying both the positive and negative aspects, given the current market and his appreciation of what the average buyer was seeking. Simultaneously it became apparent that he was equally interested in my opinion and interests, as the seller. The end result was that I soon was able to gain a definite appreciation of what my general expectations should be, when the house was listed. Mr Gibson took over all relevant responsibilities related to the listing. One factor of particular value was his taking a “virtual tour’ video of all rooms (set to show the most positive aspects) shareable online. This reduced viewings to buyers with a definite interest. Mr Gibson set viewing times, to accommodate my schedule. As well he determined when these should terminate, so that I could consider relevant offers. When I had made my selection, he remained supportive, working closely with other realtors. All possible issues were efficiently and effectively eliminated or dealt with to my benefit. Mr Gibson helped me understand legal factors prior to completion of the negotiations, responding promptly to any questions I had. Mr Gibson definitely earned his share of final sale proceeds. Certainly, I would recommend him to others. If/when relevant I will call on his services again.

Rick once said to me (I am quoting verbatim here) “I do my best to look after my clients no matter what” I have to say, without a word of exaggeration, Rick is entirely true to his word.
