Looking back at the experience of buying my first home, from the comfort of my new, beautiful living room, view of the river at my doorstep, wood burning stove at my feet, I think about how I almost said no to this. In fact, I did say no….and Rick, what did he say?…..”I think you’re making a mistake” and that was all he said. “Damn you” was what I was thinking. Now, looking back at it all, I truly don’t believe Rick would have said it if he hadn’t actually believed it. His belief turned out to be absolutely right. Despite my fears and uncertainty, I was not led astray. Rick helped me see the potential sitting before me and what I could create. A lot of emotions arise when you buy a house, Rick was patient and thorough at answering my list of questions, posing the right ones back and helping to get me on the path to creating what I was looking for.

We found him very professional & knowledgeable. He kept us informed & he was a big help during negotiations as we were in another country at the time.

I rang Rick in April and asked him to put my condo on the market and he agreed like a shot. We hadn’t met since I bought the condo in 2004 but it was great that he remembered me and I immediately felt he was there for me, not just for a possible sale. He advised me when to put the property on the market, what price, and to save me a long journey, organized cleaners to go in and make the place spotless and ready for viewing. He put up patiently with my vagaries (I am elderly!) and basically took all the worry of selling away, and best of all, sold the condo in a matter of weeks. What else can I say but “thankyou Rick”.

Rick has a very good bedside manner and clearly presented the options before us and the circumstances surrounding our recreational property sale. I highly recommend Rick for any real estate transaction.
