Rick just sold our family ski condo at Mnt Washington . The experience was remarkable. From day one it was clear he had our back and our best interests in mind. He is an experienced professional who always kept us in the loop and delivered on his promise to have the place sold quickly despite the challenges of COVID.

I rang Rick in April and asked him to put my condo on the market and he agreed like a shot. We hadn’t met since I bought the condo in 2004 but it was great that he remembered me and I immediately felt he was there for me, not just for a possible sale.
