They have made a clear decision that it is time for them to step away and bring the next generation of ownership to the table.
FACT: Real estate prices are at an all time low at the Resort.
FACT: With new ownership will come a new direction, new development and new and renewed excitement.
FACT: With renewed excitement will come high demand for recreational properties.
FACT: If prices are at an all time low, and it is clear that there will be new direction in the future, isn’t it quite obvious to see that this is the time to buy?
